Pay Scale: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Work Hours: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, some overtime as needed

Position summary: Responsible for handling multi-line phone system and routing calls to the appropriate department or employee as necessary. To give office support to entire company as needed using a variety of computer and organizational skills. Assist with scheduling, dispatching, and support as directed by the Office Manager. Must enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Impeccable customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
• 1+ years of office experience
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Qualifications Desired:

• Some dispatching experience within a service-related industry
• Excellent verbal skills
• Professional phone skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Energetic personality
• Staying Cool under pressure - we have a busy office
• Well-organized and able to work independently
