Salary Range: PKR 45,000 – 55,000 (based on experience)
W*e are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR)* with proven experience in the textile, fashion brand, or e-commerce sector. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely deliveries, returns, and exchanges.
- Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels.
- Manage inbound customer queries and issues related to returns, exchanges, or order tracking.
- Monitor and respond to customer threads, DMs, and chats in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update daily sales and inventory sheets.
- Confirm and edit orders from marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage stock for order fulfillment.
- Prepare and share daily customer service and sales reports with senior management.
- Support the e-commerce team by enhancing customer engagement and brand loyalty.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service within a textile, fashion brand, or e-commerce company is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (verbal & written).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, Facebook/Instagram Business Tools.
- Strong customer focus, patience, and multitasking abilities.
- Must be detail-oriented and a team player.
