Job Summary:

Siccotel Trading is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technological strategy and innovation. The CTO will play a key role in aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient tech operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s overall technology roadmap.
• Lead the technology team in building reliable and secure systems and infrastructure.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to gain a competitive advantage.
• Oversee IT governance, security, compliance, and data protection.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet operational and strategic goals.
• Ensure the use of modern architecture, cloud services, and scalable platforms.

Required Qualifications:
Education:

• Master’s degree is mandatory
• in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• (An MBA or PhD in a relevant field will be considered an advantage.)

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles.
• Strong background in managing development teams and enterprise systems.

Skills:

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
