Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR Manager with 15 years of HR leadership experience, specifically within EPZA (Export Processing Zones Authority) frameworks and Pakistan&rsquo;s labor &amp; industrial relations laws.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and EPZA policies.</li><li>Ensure strict compliance with EPZA rules, labor laws, industrial relations laws, EOBI, SESSI, and related statutory requirements.</li><li>Maintain continuous liaison with EPZA officials for audits, inspections, registrations, and policy updates.</li><li>Prepare and submit all mandatory EPZA reports and documentation accurately and on time.</li><li>Handle grievances, disputes, disciplinary actions, and investigations professionally.</li><li>Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all departments, ensuring timely hiring and talent retention.</li><li>Ensure proper implementation of HR procedures, code of conduct, SOPs, and company policies.</li><li>Develop and monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and support departmental heads in employee evaluation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with EPZA safety regulations, workplace safety standards, and welfare policies.</li><li>Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office, and report writing.</li></ul>Qualification<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Certifications in Labor Law / Industrial Relations will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Salary &amp; BenefitsAs per experience and company policy.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
