Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR Manager with 15 years of HR leadership experience, specifically within EPZA (Export Processing Zones Authority) frameworks and Pakistan’s labor & industrial relations laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and EPZA policies.
- Ensure strict compliance with EPZA rules, labor laws, industrial relations laws, EOBI, SESSI, and related statutory requirements.
- Maintain continuous liaison with EPZA officials for audits, inspections, registrations, and policy updates.
- Prepare and submit all mandatory EPZA reports and documentation accurately and on time.
- Handle grievances, disputes, disciplinary actions, and investigations professionally.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all departments, ensuring timely hiring and talent retention.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR procedures, code of conduct, SOPs, and company policies.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and support departmental heads in employee evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with EPZA safety regulations, workplace safety standards, and welfare policies.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office, and report writing.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications in Labor Law / Industrial Relations will be an added advantage.
