Job Summary:
Siccotel Trading is looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive innovation and lead our technology strategy. The CTO will ensure that technology initiatives align with business objectives, while building scalable, secure, and efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the company’s technology roadmap.
• Lead and mentor the technology team to develop reliable and secure systems.
• Research, evaluate, and adopt emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Oversee IT governance, cybersecurity, compliance, and data protection.
• Collaborate with other departments to support operational and strategic goals.
• Ensure modern architecture, cloud adoption, and scalable platforms are utilized effectively.

Required Qualifications:
Education:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or PhD in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years in progressive technology leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing development teams and enterprise-level systems.

Skills:

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong expertise in software architecture, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
