- Provide first-level and second-level support for hardware, software, networks, and IT systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to computers, printers, operating systems, and business applications.
- Install, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Ensure network uptime, performance, and security.
- Assist in server maintenance, backups, patch updates, and system monitoring.
- Manage and maintain office IT inventory (hardware, software licenses, accessories).
- Set up user accounts, access permissions, and email systems.
- Ensure proper functioning of enterprise tools (ERP, CRM, POS, etc.).
- Implement basic security practices: antivirus, updates, access controls, and encryption.
- Monitor security alerts and respond to potential threats.
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies and assist in audits.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases and repairs.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend upgrades or replacements.
- Maintain documentation of IT procedures, network diagrams, and issue logs.
- Prepare reports on system performance, downtime, and asset status.
- Document configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
- Create simple guides for common issues.
- Support IT projects such as software rollouts, migrations, upgrades, and system integrations.
- Monitor daily backups and ensure data recovery processes are working.
- Restore data when needed.
