Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive CTO Coordinator to support the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in managing daily operations, project coordination, executive communication, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and administrative skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the CTO’s daily schedules, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Assist in project tracking, task management, and reporting across technical teams.
- Prepare presentations, reports, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and documentation.
- Facilitate communication between the CTO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain confidential records and executive documentation.
- Support cross-functional coordination between development, operations, HR, and management teams.
- Handle email correspondence and executive-level communications professionally.
- Assist in planning and organizing technology-related meetings and events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in executive coordination, project coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and IT operations.
- Experience working with executive management or C-level personnel.
- Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.
