Job Summary:

Need82 is looking for a visionary and hands-on CTO – Software Developer who can lead the complete technology and AI transformation of the company. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable software systems, integrating AI tools, automating operations, and driving digital innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company’s technology & AI roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end software development (architecture to deployment).
• Develop and maintain website, booking engine, CRM, and internal systems.
• Build AI-driven automation for sales, customer support, and operations.
• Integrate APIs (payment gateways, travel portals, third-party systems).
• Implement AI tools such as ChatGPT APIs, AI chatbots, workflow automation, and data analytics tools.
• Use AI platforms (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to optimize business processes.
• Ensure data security, cybersecurity, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Manage cloud hosting (AWS / Azure / GCP) and database systems.
• Lead and mentor the technical team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in software development & system architecture.
• Strong full-stack development skills (React / Angular / Node.js / PHP / Python etc.).
• Database expertise (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB).
• Cloud & server management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and API integrations.
• Understanding of AI agents, prompt engineering, and workflow automation tools.

Preferred:

• Experience in Travel-Tech / E-commerce platforms.
• Experience building CRM, ERP, or booking systems.
• Knowledge of machine learning basics and AI model integration.
