CT/X-Ray Technician

Location - Hosur

Roles and Responsiblities

• Operate CT and X-ray equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Position patients correctly to obtain the proper images according to physician orders.
• Ensure adherence to radiation safety standards and protocols.
• Monitor imaging equipment for functionality and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Review and process images, ensuring clarity and completeness before submission to radiologists.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of imaging rooms and equipment.
• Stay up to date with continuing education, new technologies, and industry best practices.
