Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive for Cuddalore Port Operations. The role involves:

• Customer enquiry and quotation response handling in Excel
• Price and availability coordination with vendors
• Timely procurement and purchase order (PO) release to vendors
• Order and supply coordination with branches
• Documentation and invoice support for customers
• Maintaining price and product analytics data

Experience Required

• Prior experience in purchase and invoicing preferred (FMCG background desirable)
• Experience in food products industry and marine logistics is a value add
• Familiarity with handling large lists and multiple product categories

Education

• Any Diploma or Graduate degree
• Good spoken and written English skills are required

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong skills in quotation, PO, and invoice management
• Knowledge of food products, technical stores, spares, and catering supplies
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and procedures (preferred)

Other Qualities

• Fast learner with good communication skills
• Speaking ability in Hindi and other regional languages is an advantage
• Candidate must be a resident of Cuddalore
