About the Role

We are seeking a Culture & Change Consultant to support the design and delivery of an organization-wide culture transformation program. The role focuses on embedding new values, behaviors, and ways of working through structured change, communication, and engagement initiatives.

You will work closely with project leadership, HR, L&D, and business stakeholders to deliver workshops, training, communications, and adoption activities that enable sustainable change across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of culture vision, core values, and observable behaviors
• Contribute to culture frameworks, toolkits, and playbooks
• Prepare and co‑facilitate employee and leadership workshops
• Develop internal communication materials and support town halls and campaigns
• Assist in the design and delivery of training programs and learning content
• Produce high‑quality presentations, templates, and change collateral
• Track adoption activities, risks, and progress, reporting to the Project Manager
• Coordinate with HR, L&D, and business leaders to ensure alignment and smooth handovers

Required Experience & Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in change management, organizational development, internal communications, or learning & development
• Hands-on experience supporting culture or transformation programs
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and collaboration tools (MS Teams / Zoom)
• Familiarity with tools such as Miro or Mural is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
