Curriculum Developer-Fresher

We are seeking a skilled and passionate educator to design and curate engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans in line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the National Curriculum Framework (NCF). This role involves creating impactful learning experiences that foster critical thinking, creativity, and overall student development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create structured lesson plans tailored to various age groups, aligned with NEP 2020 and NCF guidelines
• Embed experiential, activity-based, and competency-focused learning strategies into the curriculum
• Prepare clear learning objectives, supporting teaching materials, student worksheets, and evaluation tools
• Ensure all lesson plans encourage student engagement, creativity, and holistic growth
• Work closely with academic coordinators, subject matter experts, and teachers to standardize and refine content
• Stay informed about updates from NCERT, CBSE, State Boards, and relevant educational policies
• Integrate child-friendly, digital, and interactive teaching techniques wherever suitable
• Review and enhance existing lesson content to maintain alignment, relevance, and quality standards
• Assist in training educators on how to effectively implement the developed lesson plans

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of NEP 2020 and NCF structure and principles
• Previous experience in curriculum design, instructional planning, or academic content development
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
• Capability to design engaging and learner-focused educational materials
• Comfortable using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint); experience with digital learning platforms is a plus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
