• Assist in developing lesson plans, worksheets, and academic content aligned with NEP 2020 and NCF (National Curriculum Framework) guidelines.
• Support the curriculum team in designing age-appropriate learning materials for various grade levels.
• Help in researching innovative teaching methodologies and integrating activity-based, experiential learning approaches.
• Collaborate with subject experts to ensure content accuracy and quality.
• Assist in preparing teacher manuals, assessments, and evaluation tools.
• Participate in content review, proofreading, and editing of educational material.
• Help in organizing academic workshops, training sessions, and classroom observation reports.
• Maintain documentation and data entry related to curriculum projects.
• Support the team in ensuring the curriculum meets learning objectives and school standards.
• Learn and contribute to ongoing curriculum development projects and academic innovations.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Education: B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) — Fresher or recent graduate.
• Skills Required:
• Strong understanding of teaching-learning processes and school curriculum structure.
• Excellent communication and writing skills (English proficiency preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Docs, etc.).
