Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Curriculum Developer – Hindi to design, develop, and enhance Hindi language learning programs. The candidate will be responsible for creating age-appropriate, engaging, and effective curriculum material for schools, ensuring it aligns with educational standards and learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Hindi curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching resources for various grades.
• Ensure content is age-appropriate, engaging, and aligned with academic frameworks (CBSE/ICSE/IB/State boards as required).
• Create interactive activities, worksheets, assessments, and digital learning modules.
• Collaborate with teachers and subject matter experts to integrate best teaching practices.
• Regularly update and improve curriculum content based on feedback and new educational trends.
• Conduct teacher training sessions to support effective curriculum implementation.
• Maintain consistency in language usage, grammar accuracy, and cultural relevance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree in Hindi/Education preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in curriculum design, content development, or Hindi teaching.
• Strong command over Hindi language (spoken & written).
• Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies, assessments, and digital tools.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to simplify complex concepts for learners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
