Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Curriculum Developer (English) to design, develop, and enhance educational content for our courses. The ideal candidate will have strong command over English, curriculum planning experience, and the ability to create engaging learning materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design curriculum content for English courses, including lesson plans, activities, and assessments.
• Research, analyze, and update educational material to meet academic standards and learner needs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, teachers, and instructional designers.
• Ensure content aligns with learning objectives, pedagogy, and assessment standards.
• Review and revise existing curriculum to improve clarity, engagement, and effectiveness.
• Maintain documentation and version control of all learning materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in curriculum design, content development, or educational writing.
• Strong command over English language (grammar, vocabulary, comprehension).
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and educational tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, and research skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
