  • esign, develop, and implement learning materials and experiences that align with WSP’s learning objectives. C
  • onsult and collaborate with global subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop appropriate solutions. S
  • elect and use appropriate instructional strategies and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences. E
  • valuate the effectiveness of learning materials and experiences and make necessary revisions. S
  • tay up-to-date on the latest learning trends and technologies. D
  • evelop and maintain relationships with external learning providers, where appropriate. P
  • rovide guidance and support to other members of the Learning and Development team. M
  • anage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. W
