We are looking for an innovative and collaborative Instructional Designer to join our academic team.

Role Overview

The Instructional Designer will design, develop, and implement engaging learning resources for both students and faculty. This role combines curriculum design, digital learning content creation, and faculty support to ensure our learners gain not only academic knowledge but also future-ready skills, including proficiency in AI and domain-specific tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts (SMEs) to design curriculum, course materials, and assessments aligned with program outcomes.
• Develop learner resources (interactive content, guides, case studies, simulations).
• Create faculty-facing resources (presentations, lesson plans, teaching guides).
• Design and produce multimedia learning assets (videos, animations, podcasts, infographics).
• Build digital assignments and projects that are application-based and industry-relevant.
• Ensure resources are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with best practices in pedagogy.
• Integrate AI tools and domain-specific technologies into course design for student skill-building.
• Train and support faculty in using the LMS effectively.
• Continuously evaluate and improve learning experiences based on learner feedback and performance data.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or related field.
• 2-4yrs experience in instructional design or digital learning (higher ed or corporate).
• Strong understanding of pedagogy, online learning design, and adult learning principles, gamified and interactive learning experiences
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹336,000.00 - ₹575,000.00 per year
