The Curriculum Lead – ICSE & ISC will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing ICSE & ISC–aligned learning frameworks. This role blends subject expertise with leadership to ensure engaging, innovative, and high-quality learning pathways that align with Coschool’s AI-driven vision of transforming education.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of ICSE & ISC curriculum content.
• Guide and mentor a team of academics to ensure quality, accuracy, and innovation.
• Collaborate with the Education team to embed curriculum effectively into the Coschool platform.
• Ensure alignment with ICSE & ISC standards while adapting for AI-enabled learning experiences.
• Conduct regular content reviews to ensure relevance, consistency, and impact.
• Visit schools as per the calendar to support adoption, gather feedback, and understand evolving curriculum needs.
• Track and measure the curriculum’s impact on student engagement, comprehension, and outcomes.
• Mentor teachers and school leaders to enhance classroom effectiveness.

What We Require:

• 8+ years of total experience in curriculum development or academic leadership, including:
• At least 5 years of classroom teaching experience, and
• 3+ years in academic administration.
• Strong expertise in ICSE & ISC syllabus, pedagogy, and assessment standards.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with subject experts and content creators.
• Experience in developing engaging, outcome-focused learning resources.
• Familiarity with AI tools, edtech, or digital learning platforms.
• Effective communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Willingness to visit schools regularly for direct teacher and leadership interaction.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging learning formats.
• Experience with educational content creation (lesson plans, assessments, projects, question banks, etc.).
• Subject expertise in one or more disciplines.
• Education: Master’s degree with a B.Ed (preferred).
