Head/Expert Teacher

Job Summary:

The Head Teacher serves as both a lead educator and an academic administrator, responsible for overseeing curriculum implementation, supporting teachers, and ensuring the academic excellence of the institution. This role bridges the gap between faculty and school leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support faculty in implementing high-quality teaching practices.
• Mentor and supervise teachers; conduct performance reviews.
• Develop, implement, and monitor curriculum standards.
• Organize and lead professional development sessions.
• Maintain a positive school climate and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and administrators for student success.
• Analyze student performance data to inform instruction and strategy.
• Handle disciplinary matters that require administrative input

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
