Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Curtain & Blind Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for site measurements, installation, maintenance, and repair of curtain and blind systems while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Take accurate on-site measurements for curtains, blinds, and window treatment systems.
• Install curtain tracks, rods, and various blind systems including roller, vertical, Roman, zebra, venetian, and blackout blinds.
• Carry out installation and fixing works for manual curtain and blind systems.
• Install, test, and commission motorized curtain and blind systems where required.
• Diagnose and repair curtain and blind systems.
• Ensure proper alignment, smooth operation, and quality finishing of all installations.
• Coordinate with supervisors, site teams, contractors, and clients during project execution.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.
• Follow company safety procedures and site HSE requirements at all times.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in curtain and blind installation.
• Strong experience in manual curtain and blind fixing is preferred.
• Knowledge or experience in motorized curtain and blind systems will be an added advantage.
• Ability to take accurate site measurements and perform installations independently.
• Knowledge of curtain tracks, rods, roller blinds, vertical blinds, Roman blinds, zebra blinds, venetian blinds, and blackout systems.
• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
• Ability to read basic drawings and installation layouts.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,400.00 per month
