Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Curtain & Blind Technician to handle site measurement, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of both manual and motorized curtain and blind systems. The role involves working on residential, commercial, and hospitality projects while ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Take accurate on-site measurements for curtains, blinds, and window treatment systems.
• Install curtain tracks, rods, and a variety of blind systems including roller, vertical, Roman, zebra, and blackout blinds.
• Install, program, and commission motorized curtain and blind systems.
• Align, test, and ensure smooth operation of all manual and motorized installations.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and motorized curtain and blind systems.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and clients for smooth execution.
• Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in line with site safety standards and procedures.
• Follow site HSE rules and ensure safe working practices at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Curtain & Blind Technician.
• Strong practical knowledge of various curtain, blind systems, accessories, and fittings.
• Experience with motorized systems (e.g., Somfy or equivalent) is preferred.
• Ability to read basic drawings and accurately interpret site measurements.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
• Basic communication skills in English.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,400.00 per month
