Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Curtain & Blind Technician to join our factory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and finishing curtains, blinds, and related shading systems as per design specifications and quality standards. This role requires strong technical skills, precision, and the ability to work with various fabrics, mechanisms, and components to ensure high-quality end products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, stitch, and assemble curtains, blinds, and other window treatment products according to design and project requirements.
• Operate factory machinery and tools used in stitching, welding, cutting, and assembling fabrics and blind systems.
• Inspect materials, fabrics, and finished products to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Handle installation mechanisms (tracks, motors, chains, cords, etc.) and ensure proper assembly.
• Work closely with the design and production teams to interpret drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of production, defects, and repairs.
• Ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping standards within the factory.
• Perform regular maintenance of tools and machines used in the production process.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Curtain, Blind, or Upholstery Technician in a factory or workshop environment.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, stitching techniques, and shading system mechanisms.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and measurements.
• Skilled in using hand tools, sewing machines, and factory equipment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
• Basic knowledge of motorized curtain and blind systems is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to handle fabric rolls and assembly work.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or technical certification in textile, upholstery, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in curtain/blind fabrication.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
