Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Curtain Tailor and Curtain Fixer to join our team at Dee Designers (SMC-Private) Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tailoring, stitching, and installing curtains according to customer requirements, ensuring high-quality workmanship and professional finishing.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure windows, walls, and designated areas to determine accurate fabric requirements.
• Cut, stitch, and finish curtains with precision, ensuring neatness and durability.
• Install and fix curtains, rods, tracks, blinds, and related fittings at customer locations.
• Advise customers on fabric choices, styles, and installation methods when required.
• Handle alterations and repairs to curtains and drapes as needed.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned orders while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain tools, sewing machines, and equipment in good working condition.
• Work closely with the sales and design team to meet customer specifications.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Curtain Tailor and Curtain Fixer (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, stitching techniques, and curtain styles.
• Ability to measure accurately and perform precise cutting and sewing.
• Skilled in installing curtain rods, tracks, and other accessories.
• Good physical fitness to carry out installation tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Basic communication skills (English, Arabic, or Urdu/Hindi will be an advantage).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
