Essential Functions

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, classrooms, hallways, stairs, offices, and other public spaces.
  • Clean windows, walls, carpets, and furnishings.
  • Remove and deposit waste and recycling in the appropriate containers.
  • Protect University and private property when working in University spaces.
  • Scrub and refinish floors and baseboards.
  • Complete other special projects as assigned.
  • Assist with ice and snow removal.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, lift, push, carry up to 50 lbs, and climb up to 5 feet.
  • Willing and able to follow directions and work independently.
