Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Custodian to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas are spotless, well-maintained, and properly cared for. Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting surfaces across various areas of the facility.
• Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, polishing, and applying protective coatings to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Handle janitorial responsibilities with efficiency, ensuring restrooms, break rooms, hallways, and common areas are hygienic and well-stocked.
• Assist with custodial maintenance tasks like window cleaning, light bulb replacement, and minor repairs to uphold facility standards.
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or safety hazards promptly to ensure a secure environment.
• Utilize commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to established safety protocols.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and restock materials as needed to ensure continuous operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within commercial or residential settings.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing floors.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning procedures and facilities maintenance practices.
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as buffers, extractors, and floor scrubbers confidently.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders when necessary.
