Custodian (Part-Time)

LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking part-time Custodians to support its contract located at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, Silver Spring MD. Hourly pay rate: $20:00 per hour. Available part time working schedules:

• Saturday & Sunday / 6:00am-2:30pm
• Saturday & Sunday / 1:30pm-10:00pm

• Minimum (2) years' experience in general commercial or government building cleaning. Floor care skills including carpet, vinyl/tiling treatment, and working with all-purpose cleaning.

• Stripping, waxing, and buffing experience highly desired. Candidate will be responsible for cleaning bathrooms, offices, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal and restocking of cleaning supplies.

• Candidate will be responsible for operating cleaning equipment (vacuum, floor buffers, extractors-training provided). Ability to lift up to 25 - 40 lbs. bend and stand for long periods. Must be able to obtain/maintain access to the facility.
