Custodian-Public Works

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Executes housekeeping duties to include: general cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, washing windows, disinfecting areas, etc.
• Plans and performs minor repairs and maintains housekeeping equipment.
• Plans occasional painting of walls and ceilings and is able to use a ladder.
• Removes snow/ice from entrances and walkways.
• Maintains effective communication with Manager and co-workers.

What you'll need to be successful:

• High school diploma or GED
• Two years of janitorial experience or related field preferred.
• CPR certification may be required.
• Capable of using sound judgement and working with minimal supervision.
• Must successfully pass all applicable background checks and drug screens.
• FCP complies with all CDC vaccine and testing recommendations for healthcare professionals. Proof of immunizations is required and immunizations/testing provided upon hire.
