We’re a fast-growing custom cabinet and closet company in Hawaii, seeking an experienced Custom Cabinet Assembler. The ideal candidate has strong woodworking and assembly skills, can read detailed plans, and takes pride in producing high-quality custom cabinets and closets.

Relocation to Hawaii experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Assemble and construct custom cabinets and closets based on detailed design plans and specifications.
• Interpret and follow technical drawings, cut sheets, and assembly instructions accurately.
• Operate woodworking tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Install cabinet hardware, including hinges, slides, handles, and other fittings.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure proper alignment, precision, and finish.
• Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
• Complete assigned projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.

Skills include (but are not limited to):

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cabinet assembly (preferred)
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and cut lists
• Skilled in operating woodworking tools, CNC machinery, and related equipment
• Knowledge and experience in cabinet finishing techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
• Physically capable of lifting and moving materials as required

Compensation: Depending on experience. Ranging from $20-$35/hr
