Kitchen and Bath Lead Installer

Poulin Design Center has been a family-owned remodeling company for 40 years! We are looking for a Kitchen and Bath Lead Installer who fits our company culture, is innovative, has integrity, and will help us continue our reputation of above and beyond customer service and quality work.

Kitchen and Bath Lead Installer Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalency, required.
• 2 (+) years of home remodeling and construction leadership experience; personal tools and 3/4-ton truck to pull company trailer; familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and various applications; knowledge of our brands, preferred.
• A passion for customer service and training.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and organization skills.
• Clear decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenging situations.

Kitchen and Bath Lead Installer Responsibilities:

• Attend goal-setting meetings with management and team.
• Abide by current industry practices, processes, and procedures with personal and/ or company tools and vehicle to pull company trailer and/ or vehicle.
• Pre-Install.
• Install.
• Post-Install.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00/hr. training rate, flat rate commission after training.

Schedule:

• On-Site, full-time, 32-40 hours per week, .5-hour lunch, non-exempt.
• Monday-Friday (7:30am-4:00pm).
