Responsibilities

• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate cabinet fabrication and installation.
• Cut, shape, assemble, and finish cabinet components using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication techniques.
• Measure spaces accurately on-site to ensure seamless fitting of cabinets, doors, fixtures, and hardware.
• Install cabinets, doors, trim, fixtures, siding, and related components with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for framing, metal stud framing, rebar installation, or concrete forming as needed for structural support.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.

Skills

• Strong experience in carpentry
• Proficiency in construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and schematic drawing analysis.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools (e.g., chisels, saws), power tools (e.g., drills, sanders), CNC machines, and other fabrication equipment.
• Knowledge of various construction trades such as roofing or remodeling is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during assembly or restoration projects.
• Experience with fixture installation—including cabinetry hardware—and caulking or sealing for finished surfaces.
• Familiarity with construction site safety practices and experience working on diverse construction sites or manufacturing environments.
