Custom Cabinet Warehouse Manager

Job Description

A fast-growing custom cabinet company in Hawaii is seeking an experienced Custom Cabinet Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order staging, and coordination with production and installation teams. This role ensures materials, hardware, and finished products are organized, tracked, and ready for timely delivery and installation.

Relocating to Hawaii is mandatory.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Managing day-to-day warehouse operations
• Overseeing receiving, storage, and organization of materials and finished cabinets
• Coordinating with production to stage and prepare orders for delivery or installation
• Implementing and maintaining inventory control systems
• Ensuring the warehouse is clean, safe, and organized
• Supervising warehouse staff and assigning tasks to meet deadlines
• Monitoring quality of finished products before shipment

Skills include (but are not limited to):

• Proven experience overseeing warehouse operations in a custom cabinet, woodworking, or related environment
• Familiarity with cabinet parts, materials, and hardware
• Excellent organizational abilities and strong inventory management experience
• Skilled in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and standard warehouse equipment
• Reliable, deadline-driven, and highly accountable
• Effective communicator with strong leadership and team management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
