Custom Clearance Associate

• Position Name: Custom Clearance Associate

We at Shark Innovation Labs are seeking a skilled Customs Clearance Associate with previous experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Logistics. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customs processes and documentation, particularly in relation to air and sea cargo clearance. This Position is Faisalabad based.

Responsibilities:

· Handle customs clearance operations for Air, Sea, and Land shipments.

· Prepare and submit import and export declarations through customs systems.

· Classify goods using appropriate HS Codes and ensure compliance with customs regulations.

· Verify shipping documents

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in SCM (preferred)
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customs clearance within the UAE or Saudia Arabia. Prior experience in Freight Forwarding/Shipping/Logistics is an advantage.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Mirsal 2 and DP World online payment systems.
• Familiar with Dubai Trade Portal and its functionalities.
• Soft Skills:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
