Job Description:

We are looking for a competent and experienced Custom Clearance Officer & Logistics Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customs clearance processes and supporting logistics operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete import/export customs clearance process
• Coordinate with clearing agents, freight forwarders, and authorities
• Ensure compliance with custom laws, regulations, and documentation
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, GD, BL, etc.)
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain records of all logistics and clearance activities
• Handle transportation and site delivery coordination
• Resolve any issues related to delays, duties, or documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in customs clearance & logistics
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with oil & gas / construction industry (preferred)
• High experience with Pakistan Customs system (WeBOC)
