What You’ll Do:

As a Custom Frame Designer at Hall of Frames, you’ll be the creative heart of our retail team. You’ll blend your love for art and design with expert customer service, working directly with clients to create custom framing solutions that reflect their unique vision. No two days are the same, and your artistic talents will shine as you:

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, listening carefully to their needs and offering thoughtful recommendations on framing options that align with their style and preferences.
• Create Stunning Custom Frames: Using your expertise in design, color theory, and materials, you’ll craft custom frames that elevate artwork, photos, and other cherished items, transforming them into statement pieces.
• Apply Design Knowledge: Drawing on your understanding of design styles (contemporary, modern, rustic, traditional), you’ll help clients choose the perfect combination of frame, matting, and glass to complement their artwork or personal items.
• Sales & Consultations: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial consultation to final delivery, ensuring they’re delighted with both the framing and the overall experience.
• Maintain the Store’s Visual Appeal: As a representative of our brand, you’ll ensure that the store is always beautifully organized, with sample frames and displays that inspire customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Framing Experience (Required): We are specifically seeking someone with experience in custom framing, whether professionally or through personal projects. Knowledge of frame construction, matting, and design techniques is a strong advantage.
• Artistic Passion: You have a deep love for art, music, design, and creativity. Whether it’s visual art, interior design, or music, your background fuels your enthusiasm for framing.
• Design Expertise: A strong understanding of design principles (color theory, balance, and composition) and knowledge of various framing styles. You know what makes a design truly pop and how to create harmonious combinations.
• Customer Service Skills: You’re a natural communicator, patient, and attentive. You thrive on providing a personalized, welcoming experience that leaves a lasting impression.
• Detail-Oriented: Precision is key when it comes to framing. Your attention to detail ensures that every piece is completed to the highest standards.
• Sales Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus, especially in creative environments like art, home decor, or design.
