The Reality Check: Sometimes you don't need Laravel. Sometimes you just need raw, efficient Core PHP. We are hiring a Custom PHP Developer to maintain and expand our custom-built CRM. We need someone who understands Raw SQL, Sessions, and CURL without needing a package manager for everything.

The "Coder's" Deal:

• Salary: PKR 70,000 - 90,000 (Based on Speed & Logic).
• The Role: Maintain & Feature-Add to a high-traffic internal system.
• The Challenge: Write code that processes thousands of leads instantly.

Your Mission:

• Maintain: Keep our Custom CRM running 100% uptime.
• Feature: Add new modules (e.g., "HR Attendance Tracker" or "Sales Leaderboard").
• Optimize: Rewrite slow queries to load in milliseconds.
