Summary: As an Associate Machine Learning Engineer, you will support the development and implementation of machine learning models to solve business problems. Your typical day will involve working with data scientists and senior engineers to prepare data, build basic ML models, and assist in deployment activities. You will gain hands-on experience with modern ML frameworks, data processing techniques, and model evaluation methods while contributing to data-driven initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: Work under guidance to develop and test machine learning models. Participate actively in team discussions and learning sessions. Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis (EDA). Assist in feature engineering and model training activities. Support model validation and performance evaluation. Help in integrating ML models into applications under supervision. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Prepare basic documentation for datasets, experiments, and results. Continuously learn and stay updated with AI/ML trends and tools. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts and algorithms. Proficiency in Python programming. Familiarity with ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch (academic/project experience acceptable). Basic understanding of statistics and probability. Knowledge of SQL and handling datasets. Understanding of data structures and algorithms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Additional Information: The candidate should have 0–2 years of experience (internship/project experience in ML is acceptable). Strong academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field is preferred. This position is based at our Bengaluru office (hybrid/onsite as per business requirement). A 15 years full time education is required.
