Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Custom WordPress Developer (PHP) to join our dynamic development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom WordPress websites and solutions that meet our clients’ unique business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch based on client requirements
• Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Integrate third-party APIs and services (Payment Gateways, CRM, ERP, etc.)
• Optimize WordPress websites for speed, security, and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Follow best practices in WordPress development, including security and SEO standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (PHP) – Minimum 2 years
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Hands-on experience developing custom themes and plugins
• Good understanding of WordPress architecture and REST API
• Experience integrating APIs and payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal, CCAvenue)
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git)
• Experience with performance optimization and security hardening
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
