Job Summary

Our Aftermarket sales team drives our company to find new customers, retain current customers, and develop innovative solutions for bettering our replacement part business. As a Customer Account Manager, you will play a crucial role on our team in assisting our Inside Sales Manager by establishing relationships and marketing our company’s brand in a way that is positive, honest, and fun. The work you do on the phone and via email is directly linked to successful outcomes resulting from customer retention and word-of-mouth sales.

Job Responsibilities

· Specify, quote and process orders for replacement membranes, parts, components and service

· Assist Inside Sales Manager in monitoring order status for customers and communicating expected delivery dates

· Coordinate logistics for each order both domestically and internationally

· Ensure proper shipping documentation is completed for each order

  • Be one of the first point of contacts for customer inquires and support requests on membranes, components and service.
  • Work within a Customer Relationship Management program and continue to implement improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with Accounts Receivable to confirm all orders are being properly reconciled and invoiced.
  • Continuously build relationships with our vendors.
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment. Make Agile decisions.
  • Daily use of Excel and Microsoft Office software.

Supervision Received

Customer Account Manager will work under the Executive Vice President

Working Relationships

Customer Account Manager will maintain good personal relationships with fellow workers, vendors, manufacturers and the public. They will be expected to participate in meetings, seminars and training as needed.

Requirements

Education and Training: To be a Customer Account Manager, you are encouraged to have a minimum of an associate’s degree in business administration, management, and finance or related field. 5 years’ experience in the field is acceptable in place of educational requirements.

Communication Skill: Customer Account Manager must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Critical Thinking: They require good logic and reasoning skills to be able to identify weaknesses and strength of alternative solutions or approaches to problems.

Organizational Skills: Their work requires them to have excellent organizational skills to perform their duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
