Customer Account Manager

Core Responsibilities

A. Customer Handling

• Receive RFQs, clarify requirements
• Maintain relations & handle complaints
• Provide status updates twice weekly

B. Order Processing

• Take monthly schedules
• Follow up and get Purchase Orders from customer
• Create Sales Orders in ERP

C. Coordination with Internal Teams

• Share customer priorities with Planning
• Provide customer-approved drawings to Design
• Follow up with Planning for realistic delivery dates
• Inform customer of any delays (professional communication)

D. Documentation & Compliance

• Send dispatch documents & coordinate logistics

E. After-Sales

• Get feedback
• Track repeat orders
• Handle any issues after product is delivered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
