Sales Support (Freight Forwading)

**Job Title:** Sales Support Executive – Ocean & Air Freight

### **About the Role:**

KSM Marine Logistics is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Sales Support Executive** with experience in **Ocean Import, Ocean Export** and preferably **Air Import** operations. The role involves providing backend support to the sales team, handling documentation, rate coordination, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.

* Coordinate with carriers, shipping lines, and airlines for rate negotiations.

* Handle pre- and post-sales activities including documentation and follow-ups.

* Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, quotations, and bookings.

* Assist in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

* Provide timely responses to client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution.

### **Requirements:**

* 2–3 years of experience in **Sales Support / Customer Service** in the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.

* Strong knowledge of **Import Ocean & Export Ocean freight** processes.

* Knowledge of **Air Import** will be an added advantage.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹560,000.00 per year
