Role: Customer Acquisition

Roles & Responsibilities:

The candidate is responsible for reaching out to construction and design -related brands using pre-researched data sets. Their core duties include making outbound calls, sending introductory emails, taking regular follow-ups, and scheduling meetings with key decision-makers. They must ensure timely communication, maintain accurate records of all interaction, and work towards achieving daily weekly meeting targets. The role also involves coordinating with the internal team for smooth brand onboarding and updating progress through reports.

• Email Writing & Etiquette- Ability to draft crisp and structured emails.
• Follow-up Discipline- Systematic and timely follow-ups without missing leads.
• CRM or Tracker Proficiency- Efficient at updating leads status, notes and follow-up actions

Skills

• Excellent verbal communication- Clear, confident, and professional phone conversations.
• Basic Knowledge of Construction & Design Industry- Helps in better conversation and contextual pitching.
• Basic Presentation Skills- Ability to explain KC offering in a compelling way during calls or meetings.
• Experience in b2b calling- Prior exposure to sales or leads generation roles targeting businesses.
• Team Player, Time Management, Disciplined, Sincere, Goal Oriented, Listening, Problem Solving.
