Customer Acquisition Coordinator (Remote)

This role drives growth by identifying and engaging potential business clients in the logistics sector through strategic outbound outreach— (examples: email, phone, LinkedIn, etc...) —to generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team. Acting as a liaison between internal teams and external customers, the specialist ensures a smooth onboarding experience and sets a positive tone for long-term engagement.

The role supports lead generation for existing customer through lifecycle by assisting with renewals, location add-ons and identifying up- and cross-sell opportunities, and helping clients optimize product benefits. The specialist monitors performance, suggests process improvements, and may provide training to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Success requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and a working knowledge of logistics operations. This entry-level professional role applies conceptual expertise and judgment to resolve common issues, share insights with the team, and contribute to continuous improvement.
