The selected candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, onboarding them to our subscription plans, maintaining regular communication, and ensuring a positive service experience. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and convert leads received through marketing, references, and inquiries.
- Clearly explain our subscription model and value-added services to potential customers.
- Manage the onboarding process for new customers in the CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct follow-up calls and gather feedback after service delivery.
- Generate referrals and repeat subscriptions through excellent customer engagement.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports (leads contacted, conversions, feedback).
- Collaborate with the marketing and dispatch teams for lead optimization and campaigns.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal communication in Urdu & English.
- Strong customer handling and persuasion skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage daily reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or call-handling systems (preferred).
- Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and a result-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, tele-sales, or client relations.
