Customer Acquisition & Onboarding Executive ( Female )

Lahore, Pakistan

The selected candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, onboarding them to our subscription plans, maintaining regular communication, and ensuring a positive service experience. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and convert leads received through marketing, references, and inquiries.
  • Clearly explain our subscription model and value-added services to potential customers.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new customers in the CRM.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and gather feedback after service delivery.
  • Generate referrals and repeat subscriptions through excellent customer engagement.
  • Prepare and submit daily activity reports (leads contacted, conversions, feedback).
  • Collaborate with the marketing and dispatch teams for lead optimization and campaigns.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal communication in Urdu & English.
  • Strong customer handling and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage daily reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or call-handling systems (preferred).
  • Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and a result-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, tele-sales, or client relations.
  • Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
