Lead Conversion:

Contact and qualify CRM leads via calls, emails, and meetings to introduce Nawy Unlocked's services

Schedule and conduct follow-ups to nurture prospects through the sales pipeline

Proposal Development:

Assist in preparing and issuing financial proposals tailored to client needs (e.g., property valuation, investment plans)

Project Support:

Work closely with Customer Acquisition Managers to execute ongoing projects, including client onboarding and portfolio management

Conduct site visits to assess properties and build client trust, when needed
-
Documentation:

Prepare and review contracts, power of attorney (POA) documents, and transaction records
-
Maintain organized digital records of client interactions and agreements

Market Intelligence:

Provide insights on client preferences and market trends to refine acquisition strategies
Requirements
-
Experience: 2-3 years in client acquisition, sales, or account management

Industry Preference: Background in architecture, real estate, or financial services is a strong plus

Skills:

Proficiency in CRM tools

Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
-
Mobility: Willingness to conduct occasional site visits
