About the Role:

As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will engage with businesses that partner with our telecom account. You’ll be responsible for understanding client needs, helping them maximize their services, and driving successful acquisition motions.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.

• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and technical understanding to assess business requirements

• Identify and resolve roadblocks impacting client satisfaction or product usage.

• Handle objections and external competitive pressures to retain or win new business customers.

• Manage a high volume of daily B2B communications via phone and email — mostly outbound.

• Collaborate with your team and sales leadership to deliver top-tier customer interactions.

• Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure data accuracy.

• Perform sales motions such as lead qualification, lead conversion, account health checks, customer advocacy, and contract renewals.

• Report directly to a Sales Manager while working within a high-performing team.

Job Requirements

• Fluency in English (must) B2+\ C1

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (B2B or B2C).

• Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

• Ability to work night and overnight rotational shifts.

Role Details

• Location: Maadi

• Working Hours: Night rotational shifts — starting from 3 PM, with the last shift ending at 6 AM

• Grade: 9A (suitable for Team Leaders & Senior profiles)

• Total Monthly Gross Salary: 28,640 EGP

• Quarterly Bonus: Up to 19,550 EGP

• Start Date: 22nd of December
