Job Role

• Handle customer requests in French via phone, chat, or email.
• Deliver clear, polite, and effective communication.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance goals.
• Document all interactions accurately.

Requirements

• French level: B2 or above
• English level: B1 minimum
• Excellent communication and adaptability skills
• Ability to work rotational shifts (24/7)
• Work onsite in Maadi
