Customer Care Agent

Job Responsibilities:

A Reputed Telecom company required a Customer Care Representor ( Premium ).

Who will deal Inbound call system of Customer services.

To handle and respond to customer calls.

To provide online support to the customer regarding the services.

Follow up with Operations team for fault rectifications exceeding 48 hours

Create / close Network Trouble Ticket

Keep faults' record for respective regions

Execute special tasks assigned during duty.

Position: Customer Care Agent ( Normal)

Qualification: Inter/Bachelors

Experience: 1 year in call center with UK base campaign

Shift: monthly rotational ( Morning , evening, Night) for male.

For females (Morning shift)

Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad
