Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Agent will handle customer inquiries and provide efficient, professional support to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience through effective communication. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
  • Strong skills in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and fostering positive relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions effectively
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is beneficial
  • B1 at least in English
  • Bachelor's degree is a must

Job Types: Permanent, New grad

Pay: E£8,000.00 - E£14,000.00 per month
