CUSTOMER CARE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care & Technical Support Representative. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide technical assistance, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner

Provide accurate information about products and services

Escalate complex issues to the relevant department

Maintain customer records and update systems regularly

Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution

Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

Ability to work in shifts (if required)

Freshers are highly encouraged to apply

Preferred Skills:

Good command of English (spoken & written)

Patience and a customer-first attitude
